A free training for health coaches who are ready to go from hearing crickets & objections to getting comments and DM’s from clients wanting to hire you.
Before we get to the training, you need to do some pre-work.
If you’re not clear about what you do and how you serve, none of the tips I’m about to share in the next video will stick.
So grab a journal or document on your computer and start answering these questions:
Who do you want to serve? Who can you serve best right now?
This will change as you change, so don’t put pressure on yourself to stick with it forever.
If you’re not sure where to start with what you’ve been through…
What have you been through in your life that could help someone else?
The coolest thing about online business is you’re the boss, so what do you want to be known for?
-Do you want to be the Plant-Based Yoga instructor?
-Do you want to be the Plant-Based Environmental coach?
-Do you want to help stressed out moms with anxiety?
-Do you want to help interior designers get clients?
-Women, who struggle with their skin gain confidence?
-Women over 50 overcome PTSD with a plant-based diet?
Figure out what you want to be known for, and then one big problem you can solve for these women.
Once you come up with who you want to serve and what you want to be known for you can take a few of your passions and what you think your ideal client would be interested in and come up with 3-5 topics you want to be posting about.
-If you’re a plant-based yoga instructor maybe that is: 1. Plant-based nutrition, 2. yoga, 3. essential oils, 4. meditation, and 5. travel.
-If you’re helping stressed out moms with anxiety maybe that’s Plant-based family-friendly recipes, herbs for anxiety, and self-care practices.
The purpose of these 3-5 things is so people know what to expect when they come to your page. And, it makes creating content a lot easier on yourself.

FB and IG!
Family members tell me I’m on social media all the time, and I tell them it’s my job. Literally. I treat it like a job, a job I enjoy but I’m very intentional about it.
Your story
Why do you do what you do? What do you believe in? What do you love? What do you hate?
Post on your personal page... your business is a big part of your life, so share about it.
Ask people to share your posts if they loved it. This will help you grow.
Give value
Share tips your ideal client could benefit from.
What mistakes is she making? What would she love?
I always ask myself what would my lady go crazy for. How can I blow her mind today?
Also try different types & lengths of posts.
Being a real person
What do you do on Friday nights? What are you working on?
Show behind the scenes. If you post about your kids, that's awesome, we love seeing that kind of stuff. If you look at my page you’ll also see my green juice, matcha lattes, etc.
Don’t be spammy
When someone asks about what you do, don’t push your offer at them. Share and find out more about them.
People buy from people they like, from people they have a connection with.
One thing that drives me crazy is when someone a tries to sell me something that I’m obviously not into, like coffee products - I don’t drink coffee... makeup, I don’t wear makeup.
I’m all for reaching out to people you think you can help, just make sure you can actually help them and they’re interested in your product.
-Don’t be afraid to reach out to someone you think would be great for your program.
-Don’t be afraid to reach out to the lady who likes all of your posts - not to sell your offer, but to thank her and connect with her.
Ideally you're posting every day. But if you don’t have anything to post, and you’re not feeling it, take care of yourself, and see if something hits you.
If someone is looking for a solution to their problem, and you post every day, they're probably going to reach out to you.
Find out where your ideal client hangs out - is she on FB or IG. Not sure? Ask past clients or find them on IG. See what hashtags she’s using. See who she’s following in your niche, what hashtag is that person using?
Other groups - there are so many plant-based and health groups. Start sharing your story in those groups. Start answering questions that your ideal client might have.
Don’t answer all the questions, you’ll spend so much time. Answer the questions in your niche. Use the search bar. If you help with anxiety, search anxiety. If you’re in the mom niche, search mom, parent, kid. See what questions come up.

I know it’s scary, and your first ones might not be great but you’ll get better.
This allows your clients a chance to get to know you fast, hear your voice, and start to build that trust factor. Because we’re in an online setting it’s harder to build the trust than say if we were in person... so anything that allows you to be more in person, the better.
It's not uncommon for my clients to do a live and then sign a client.
Save your live videos and turn them into little pieces of content you can share on your FB page and IG.
REMEMBER... Be social. Be interesting. Don’t be boring! If you need help structuring your lives and want to know what to say I have a module on videos on the course.
I thought it might be helpful if I show you a few examples of posts I’ve done that demonstrate me doing the things I just taught you LOL.
I want to encourage you not to copy my posts (it’s so easy to do) but to use them as inspiration for your own posts. Use your own language and get creative. When you do that you’re going to call in your community and really stand out.
Engaging Questions
These types of posts increase engagement and allow you to get an idea of who, as well as how many people are interested in what you're creating. It's also a great way to boost your page in the algorithm :)
FB Live
These are a great way to let your audience see the real you. Watch my live to see how I share value, tell stories, and pitch my offer. One of the biggest mistakes I see with FB lives is not adding a title or adding a generic boring title. Create a title that tells your audience what the video is about and why they should care.
Story Post
In both posts, you'll get to learn a little bit about my story... it's important that you let your audience in and share from the heart. I know it's hard to put personal info out on the internet, but keep in mind your story can help others and it can connect you with your ideal clients.
Sales Post
These posts are not going to get as much engagement - however, people are still reading them and they will reach out. Both of the posts below lead to clients signing on to work with us. Don't be shy about promoting your offer. If you have something that can help others, it's your job to get it out there. And, be very clear about what you're offering, who it's for, and how it is going to benefit their lives.
