We’re Sarah and Peter Hagstrom, Health Coaches and Founders of The Coach + Grow Co.

After Health Coaching and growing our own business for years, we realized that there was true potential to have a bigger impact in helping others do what we were doing.

After all, we’re all here for the same reason: We want to change people’s lives for the better and make this world a healthier place!

In The Coach + Grow Co., we leverage our successful experience as Health Coaches to help others achieve in six months what we achieved in four years of learning from our mistakes and developing our expertise.

OUR STORY

 

Our journey started with a documentary and a book.


The documentary was Food Matters, and it forced us to rethink our diet choice, changing our lives in the process. We wanted to help EVERYONE get healthy.

The book was The Four Hour Work Week, which planted the mental seeds of time freedom and helping others achieve their dreams lives.

We then started our journey as entrepreneurs, which turned out to be much harder than we expected. We were feeling overwhelmed, tired, and frustrated.

Our heart was in the right place but we didn’t know what we were doing, and we struggled to sell a $25 ebook...

After spending years learning from our mistakes, we figured out what needed to change and went from helping a few people to helping HUNDREDS, now selling $5,000 packages and leaving our financial struggles behind.

With the immense success our Health Coaching business had, our innate desire to help others led us to share our lessons learned and techniques, creating a new vision to help as many Health Coaches as possible in The Coach + Grow Co.

We now strive to see others achieve the dream life that we have, and our vision to make this world a healthier place grows more powerful as we expand our realm of influence every day.
